- How long does delivery take ?
- Items that say 'In stock' will usually arrive on a standard delivery service within 2-3 working days. 'In stock Warehouse' will also usually arrive within 2-3 working days depending on the day the order is placed. Please be aware some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers. Errors at their end could effect delivery times. Click and collect is also available from the shop , we will notify as soon as your goods are ready to collect. Please also check our terms and conditions should you wish to return your order.

- We display on our website any bikes that we currently have in store. Should you require information on bikes that are showing as out of stock, please contact us with regard to availability, please note many of these bikes are sold out . Any Bikes showing as "Available to order" are not held in store and lead times may vary, we also encourage you to call or email the shop first to confirm lead times. Thank you
- Price Match
- It is our aim to be able to offer all our customers the very best price possible on products available on our website. However, if you find a product cheaper elsewhere we will always try our best to match any UK based competitors price where the item concerned meets the following criteria:
- The product must be a current item available in stock with the UK supplier. If it is a discontinued / previous year model it must still be available from the UK supplier.
- The products must be identical. (e.g. size, colour, model year, brand, etc.)
- The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for immediate dispatch. Any delivery charges will be taken into consideration.
- The competitor must be UK based with a UK online store and an authorised seller of the brand.
- The price to be matched must be advertised online (you must be able to provide proof of this via a URL) and it must be verifiable at the time the price match request is being processed.
- All prices to be matched must be inclusive of VAT and in pounds sterling.
- Price Match cannot be applied when the customer intends to pay using Gift Vouchers or through a V12 finance application.
- We will not price match any goods that are part of promotions such as Buy One Get One Free offers, bundles etc.
- We will not match any site which has clearly made a mistake in their pricing.
- We will not match price or refund any differences after a sale is completed.
